Zoe Smith

Zoe is a Social Impact Creative Strategist advancing storytelling, culture, and experiential design to help organizations reconnect authentically with the communities they serve. Rooted in her mission framework of Expose, Educate, Empower, she builds bridges between brands and the people they aim to reach. She carries that framework and mindset into her role at Invest Atlanta as the economic development coordinator.

Before her transition into economic development, Zoe served as a teacher and School Operations Manager, shaping her deep commitment to community-centered work. She also serves as Philanthropy Lead for NICHE, a collaborative space connecting creatives, technologists, innovators, and multihyphenates across tech, fashion, design, music, and culture. She is also the founder of The Spread Collective, an elevated charcuterie and grazing table business bringing intentional design to everyday gathering.

A proud native of Southwest Atlanta, Zoe is driven by the idea of "exposing people to things beyond their circumstances, rooted in equity, imagination, and impact.
